THE ARCTICA STORY
From one country’s practices to every child’s world.
Inspired by Finland, building the conditions for children, teachers and school communities to grow together.
ArcticaEdu brings education and psychology to the same table. Curiosity, emotions, relationships and learning environments belong together. We begin by listening to your institution’s culture and needs, then shape an approach around them.
NEHİR ÖZCAN · ARCTICA EDUFOUNDER · EDUCATION CONSULTANT
Nehir Özcan. Between two countries, following learning.
Nehir’s journey in education and psychology began in Türkiye and gained another dimension through international school experience in Finland. Teacher mentoring, early childhood education, work with families and pedagogical leadership shaped the Arctica approach.

We bring it into practice
Workshops, mentoring and reflective evaluation to support everyday practice.

Connection: collaboration and community
Learning as a process co-created by children, teachers, families and communities.
Rhythm & space: safety and nature
Routines, spaces and nature as active parts of learning.
